On Saturday 29 February, ‘Our Daily Bread’ will be launching David Cook’s new ‘50 day devotional guide to the book of Proverbs’. David will deliver 3 talks on Proverbs on Saturday 29 February at the Cross Culture Church, Swanston Street (opposite the State Library) from 1.30pm...
The Church has received approval from Heritage Victoria to remove the pews from the Wool Corner in the Church and replace them with chairs, which have been purchased for this purpose. The reason for this change is to enhance the area for more flexible worship, especially for services such as the Wednesday Service. The pews have made it difficult to use the area to full advantage for worship purposes. The work to remove the pews will commence on Tuesday 18th February. The pews will be retained and repositioned in various parts of the Assembly Hall....
Many thanks to all who contributed so generously to the wildlife stall last Sunday, especially Jean Staunton who contributed the appropriate furry toys. The sum of $411.00 was raised and cheques of $205.50 have been forward to the Wildlife Rescue centers at both Mallacoota and King Island....Keep Reading
