The Presbyterian and Scots’ Joint Mission (Flemington Mission) exists to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to be a light to the world by promoting the physical, moral and spiritual wellbeing of all people. There are many who come through our doors from all different backgrounds and lifestyles. Regardless of where they are at, we as a Christian Mission are able to be a light to them through our good works. We show the love of Christ through our actions and by building up relationships with them. We provide a community where they can feel safe. Our prayer is that through our conversations, giving and gospel presentations, that they can come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.
Happy New Year! The Mission is back and we are so excited for 2021. God willing we have a lot in store for 2021. We have recommenced chapel services which open at the church on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9:30am. Feel free to drop by and join us for worship.
2021 has been busier than ever and your continual partnership in the gospel is greatly appreciated. Please continue to pray for us and support us financially.
Giving to the Mission is one practical way for a local church to engage with local missions.
Currently we are in need of: long life milk, cans of tuna and other non-perishable goods. Feel free to contact our missioner to arrange donations.
What We Do
We provide food parcels, fresh fruit and vegetables, prescription subsidies and financial support for educational needs. We are open to help in other ways if we are able to. We provide spiritual support through pastoral care and a chapel service on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 9:30am in the chapel.
